Local

New Zealand Wide Deliveries

  • New Zealand wide deliveries are made by either:
    • New Zealand Post Track and Trace.
    • Fastway Couriers Track and Trace.
  • We will despatch product within a maximum 3 working days of receipt and acceptance of order via this web site.
  • If we are out of stock of any item we will contact you to:
    • offer an alternative.
    • place the request on back order.
    • or allow you to cancel that part of the order.
  • We will refund any payment received for any stock we are unable to deliver:
    • any refunds will be within 7 working days of a request by yourself to cancel all or part of the order.
  • Any unforeseen delays to shipping ex our warehouse will advised and a cancelation alternative will be offered should the delay be unacceptable to you.
  • Urgent orders will be accepted based on stock availability and will be sent out on the first available courier, we reserve the right to surcharge for this service depending on the order size.
  • Delivery details will be supplied based on the Track and Trace information from our courier company and once goods have left our warehouse delivery progress is supplied via this service.

International

Global Deliveries

  • All Global Deliveries are sent via International Courier EMS service of New Zealand Post.
    • Any large orders for shipment will be discussed by phone or email with you prior to using any alternative service, if this is a better option.
    • Country specific regulations re product import is specifically over to you to check, however best endeavours by Natural Zealand will be used to ensure product does meet your countries import requirements.
    • If for any reason the product ordered is not cleared by your countries customs when entering your country this is your responsibility.
    • All local import duties (if any) are your responsivity to pay to enable goods to be delivered.
